Good afternoon it was a pleasure meeting you today. I completed your premium plus pest control initial service. We spoke about the termite history of the home. You were not sure, but I found old termite bait stations in the ground outside and termite activity 20 foot away from the front left corner of the home in a stump and possibly route system. You reported an has major concern at this time. I treated throughout the whole interior including basement and garage with a liquid residual for ant spider and general insect control. I inspected the exterior for any possible entry points none were found. During my interior inspection I did not see any indications of mice. I treated the railing and steps on the right hand side rear for carpenter bee activity. I treated the exterior of the home around the foundation, windows and doors with a liquid residual for ants, spiders and general insect control. You may see an increase in activity before decreases. You reported no concerns on the inside of the home for now but the wood stairs to the pool area have yellow jackets around that you were stung by, also lots of ants around. We spoke about the termite history of the home as far as you knew there was not any, and there is no activity at this time. I inspected the area around the pool. I found a baseball size paper wasp nest underneath the wooden stairs going to the pool. I removed it and treated the area. I also treated the underside of the railings on both sets of stairs for carpenter bees. I treated around the pool and playground perimeter with a liquid residual for ants and general insect control. I noticed a lot of carpenter ants in the yard and there were certain trees that had some salt dust underneath. I put some bait granulars at the base of the trees to kill control the carpenter ants. Next I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service.
