Hello! Today I was here for your quarterly pest service. First I inspected all interior MBS and only the crawlspace and garage had heavy rodent activity, but I placed fresh bait in all stations as needed. Next I placed three snap traps throughout the crawlspace to help monitor and eliminate any rodent activity. Then I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and a couple of paper wasp nest were noticed during today's service but I removed them and treated in areas as needed. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. Next I inspected both exterior RBS and there was medium to heavy rodent activity in both stations, but I placed fresh bait in both stations as needed. Last I inspected the four exterior termite monitors and there were no signs of termite activity found today’
Today I completed your premium plus pest control service. I installed four termite monitors on the outside of your home. I then inspected for any signs of wasp nest, I checked around the outside bedroom window frame, and in the crawl space nothing was found. I applied a liquid residual application around all exterior windows, doorways, and cracks and crevices. This will help prevent and eliminate seasonal pest activity from getting inside. I made sure to treat for the carpenter bees in between the eaves on the left side of the house as well. I also, sprayed the hole by the front of the home were wasp were seen going in and out of. I noticed there was an entry point by the HVAC unit which I sealed with copper mesh, I recommend using insulation foam overtop of it. Please allow 10-14 days to see best results.
